Directions to Sea Cliff Facility
From the North
Long Island Expressway
Long Island Expressway to exit 39 North (Glen Cove Road)
Glen Cove Road North about 4 Miles to Glen Head Road – turn left
Head west on Glen Head Road to approximately 1.5 miles to Glen       Cove Avenue – turn right.
Go down approximately 1 mile  and past North Shore Middle School        the gym will be on your left at 462 Glen Cove Avenue in Sea Cliff  
Northern State Parkway (West Bound)
Northern State Parkway West to Exit 31 (Glen Cove Road North) – turn left at the light to Glen Cove Road North.
Glen Cove Road North approximately 5.5 miles  turn left to Glen Head    Road
Head west on Glen Head Road approximately 1.5 miles and past the train  tracks to Glen Cove Avenue - turn right
Go down approximately 1 mile  and past North Shore Middle School and the gym will be on your left at 462 Glen Cove Avenue in Sea Cliff

From the South
Southern State Pkwy to exit 22N  Meadowbrook Pkwy (North )
Meadowbrook State Pkwy to Northern State Pkwy West
Merge onto Northern State Pkwy West to exit 31 North toward Glen Cove
Head North on Glen Cove Road approximately  5 miles to – turn left to Glen Head Road  
Head west on Glen Head Road approximately 1.5 miles and past the train  tracks  to Glen Cove Avenue - turn right
Go down approximately 1 mile  and past North Shore Middle School and the gym will be on your left at 462 Glen Cove Avenue in Sea Cliff
