Intro (15 min) Venue - Gym Intro of material and Instructors
LESSON ONE (45 min)
Venue - Gym Body movements for defensive situations • Body stance • Μmaintaining flexibility • Body movement while maintaining physical security • Open hand blocks
LESSON TWO (90 min)
Venue- Gym Retaining your weapon • Utilizing blocks and body movement to retain your weapon • Utilizing Grappling techniques to regain control of your weapon • Use of pressure points and various tactical moves in retention
LESSON THREE (90 min)
Venue- Gym Disarming your opponent • Safely Disarm and Retain a Handgun • Safely Disarm and Retain a Long Guns • Safely Disarm and Retain a Knives • Safely Disarm and Retain a Batons, Bats
